Each season, Cothas Coffee Co., selects the best coffees from plantations all over India, to create very specialised blends-for in-home consumers for their morning breakfast coffee, for South Indian eateries serving filter coffees and for coffees meant for brewing in coffee vending machines. The sublime balance of each blend is obtained by mixing several types of coffee like Arabica and Robusta, which differ in terms of quality, type of processing, washed or natural and lastly, from the different coffee estates of India. All the specific benefits and characteristics of these different elements are integrated and compounded to produce a perfectly balanced coffee, with a distinctive flavour, aroma and body.
